This is a test course showing students how to initiate a new course on Moodle.
(First 5 weeks) Content to include instruction in effective design components of online courses in higher education and training using available delivery platforms. Content will include adult education theory as applied to online course rooms. Content is directed toward instructors/trainers who want to learn best practices in course design and how to best deliver learning. Content to be avoided is instruction in specific computer coding, e.g., html
(Second 5 weeks) Content to include is best practices specific to online instruction and assessment of student work in online courses and instructional techniques specific to online teaching and models of assessment.
Content to avoid is transference of face to face instructional models.

This is a discussion and learning forum for faculty interested in using Moodle and developing classes.
- This is not a real class. This is an experimental class area in which you may try out various Moodle functions so to familiarize yourself with Moodle's operation.
This area is used to administer online surveys to BHC faculty relative to alternative delivery, faculty development, and online instruction.
